The Ultimate Guide to Chicago Area Video Game Friendly Bars

Contrary to popular belief, many gamers actually do like leaving their homes. And, sometimes they're not just leaving to buy more Red Bull, Cheetos or the next hot game. Rather, more and more gamers are finding that their favorite Chicago neighborhood establishments are catching on to the video game craze.

Dave & Busters and GameWorks have been around for quite some time (and are included below). They do a nice job of catering to those looking for an adult Chucky Cheese style experience. But, that isn't what this list is really about.

Rather, this is a continually updated list of all Chicago area establishments that support gaming to some degree even though it's not part of their normal business.

The only requirement for our list is that the bar has tournaments, prizes or special nights designated for something video game related. Pretty simple, no? And, sometimes the CGC will be actively sponsoring a tournament or event at one of the places listed below. We'll make sure to let you know before that happens.

If you know of a place - or are the owner of a Chicago area establishment - and want to get on this list, please send an email to: chicagogamersclub@gmail.com

This list will be continuously updated as needed!
